Since DPR&Co started working on their digital content strategy, Sabco has seen extremely positive results. Including 400% more post engagement and 600% more post clicks, on average. Our social listening gave us insight into how customers use and talk about their products. When we discovered that some customers weren’t getting the full benefit out of the products, while others were using them in new and surprising ways, we saw an opportunity to engage.
We produced a series of short, insightful, engaging videos that responded to very specific customer needs. Focussing on how to get the best use out of the products made them relevant for Sabco’s audience. Over the three months they have been live on Facebook, they’ve been viewed over 40,000 times with over 13,000 minutes of viewing. The comments, reactions, tags and shares they’ve received have been from both new and existing fans.
