10 years and counting, in our people’s words

SHARE:

Earlier this year, we reflected on 10 years of culture as strategy. And counting.

But culture isn’t really something you can define for people. It’s what they experience every day. The personalities, relationships, challenges, laughs and shared experiences that eventually become part of a company’s story.

So, as part of our 10-year celebration, we turned the questions over to the people of DPR&Co.

If DPR&Co were a person, who would they be?

This one produced some interesting answers. Personality, behaviours and ultimately, what makes them distinctly DPR&Co.

Three words to describe DPR&Co

Sounds easy. Until you have to give it a crack. Just three words from the people who know the place.

The challenges that stay with you

Ten years hasn’t been without its challenges, for the business or the people within it. We asked our team about the biggest challenge they’ve faced and what helped them get through it.

Looking back over a decade, we’re enormously proud of the work and the business we’ve built.

But when you hear our people talk about DPR&Co in their own words, you’re reminded that the people really are the ‘Co.

And after 10 years, that’s probably the part we’re proudest of.

10 years and counting.
