CVA Services Commitment

From Australia and India, to Germany, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, we’re committed to the campaign rollout journey.

With a Services Commitment in a Customer Value Agreement, customers can expect the timely delivery of maintenance and repair parts. In addition, Cat dealers offer their commitment to an agreed technician response time – with these response times varying by region.

A lot of legal input (understandable), language nuance and detailed disclaimers to consider, but we love a challenge and we’ve loved the journey so far.

Following the launch of CVA Services Commitment in Australia in collaboration with Maria dos Santos (CISD ANZ), Theresa Fonseca (CISD Asia) has adapted the campaign for use in India.

Germany followed, with bauma the official launch platform for CVA Services Commitment, working in partnership with the German dealer Zeppelin, under the marketing leadership of Whay Shie Chua (CISD AP/EAME).

The rollout continues across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Whilst core messaging is similar across all campaigns, headlines, visuals and graphic treatments differ by region, based on in-region insight and preference. Here’s what launched in Australia.
